What you will do
As our Recruitment Specialist, you are the linking pin who attracts and hires the future talents of Source. You build strong relationships with our candidates by being your lovely self and telling our unique story. During the hiring processes, you take care of the details to make the hiring journeys exceptional, and you guide our hiring managers to be the best interviewers.
We expect you to deep dive into the organization to understand the different business needs of our teams. With this great understanding you help hiring managers hire the best and the most diverse talent there is! You better love a challenge, because we have a specific market where we find our talents. A few of your key responsibilities are:
Drafting attractive job descriptions that tells our employer value proposition and speak the minds of future Sourcerers
Proactively analysing and researching the hiring market
Identifying and approaching the right people via LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Following up with all candidates by giving them detailed feedback (in case of positive or negative answers) and organising all steps of the recruitment process
Making sure that our career website pages and LinkedIn page are appealing and in line with marketing guides.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you are part of the People & Culture team. You will report directly to our VP of People & Culture and you will collaborate with our People Business Partner, our interim Talent Acquisition Manager and our Office Manager.
We’re looking for someone
Has at least 2 years of 360-recruitment experience, preferably in a start-up or scale-up
Is eager to analyse hiring markets and is creative in approaching candidates
Has excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and towards external recruitment partners
Has creative writing skills to create appealing job descriptions and social media posts
Is experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter
Has fluent English skills
And has experience in the Dutch job market
